2. Shipping Methods
We ship all orders through the following trusted carriers:

- YunExpress
- 4PX
- Other reliable carriers may also be used depending on the delivery location.
3. Delivery Time
- Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
- International Orders: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.
Please note that these times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as customs processing or weather conditions.
4. Special Delivery Options
We offer expedited shipping and tracking services for your convenience. You can choose these options during the checkout process for faster delivery and to track your order in real-time.
5. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders of 2 items or more.
This offer is available globally and applies automatically at checkout when applicable.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the order.
We do not charge additional fees for international shipping.
7. Order Processing
Orders will be processed within 24 hours of being placed.

We will cover customs duties and import taxes for international orders. If your order is delayed due to customs processing, we will provide a discount on your next purchase as compensation.

11. Lost or Missing Items

12. Undeliverable Areas
We are unable to deliver to certain locations. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more information on undeliverable regions.

During holiday seasons or special events, delivery times may be slightly delayed. However, we will make every effort to ensure timely delivery. You will be notified if your order is affected by any delays.
